Suite Ketchup is a hospitality-focused platform where professionals can discover employers, read workplace reviews, and anonymously share their own experiences.

Suite Ketchup is designed for anyone working or having worked in the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, travel, tourism and other hospitality businesses.

Yes. Reviews are designed to protect the reviewer's identity. We do not publicly display your name alongside your review.

Your review is published without your personal identity. However, you should avoid including details in your review that could personally identify you.

Yes. You can review a current or former employer, provided your review is based on your genuine experience and follows our Community Guidelines.

Absolutely. Past experiences can be valuable to professionals considering that employer today.

No. Each employee or former employee can submit only one review for an employer.

However, you can edit or update your existing review if your experience changes or you want to add relevant information.

This helps keep reviews authentic and prevents individuals from repeatedly influencing an employer's overall rating.

You can share your genuine experience about areas such as:

  • Workplace culture
  • Management
  • Work-life balance
  • Career growth
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Learning opportunities
  • Employee experience

Please keep reviews factual, respectful and constructive.

Yes. Suite Ketchup is designed to provide an honest picture of workplace experiences. Negative feedback is allowed when it is genuine, relevant and expressed responsibly.

Personal attacks, harassment, threats, discriminatory content, knowingly false claims and confidential information are not permitted.

Employers cannot simply request the removal of a review because they disagree with it.

Employers can report a review if they believe it violates our Community Guidelines or applicable law. We will review the report objectively and take appropriate action.

Yes. An authorized representative of an employer can request to claim the employer's profile.

The employer will need to provide appropriate evidence of authorization, such as a business card or authorization letter from an authorized representative, as applicable.

No.

Claiming a profile does not give an employer the ability to edit, delete or manipulate employee reviews or ratings.

Claimed employers may receive access to additional profile and engagement features, subject to Suite Ketchup's policies.

Yes. If you cannot find an employer, you can use Add an Employer to submit the basic details.

We may review the submission before publishing it.

No. Suite Ketchup is an independent platform and employer listings do not require prior authorization.

Employers can, however, claim their profiles and manage the features available to verified representatives.

We aim to maintain a neutral and balanced platform.

We don't take the side of employees or employers. Reviews are subject to our Community Guidelines, and content may be removed where it violates those guidelines.

Our goal is to provide real experiences, constructive conversations and useful information for the hospitality community.
