Suite Ketchup provides a platform where users may:

• Discover hospitality employers
• Read workplace reviews and experiences
• Submit reviews about employers
• Explore workplace and culture insights
• Access hospitality-related information and opportunities
• Share Suite Ketchup with other professionals

Suite Ketchup is a platform for sharing information and experiences. We do not guarantee that every review, rating or piece of information submitted by users is accurate, complete or independently verified.

Some features may require you to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when required.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Not impersonate another person.
• Not create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
• Not create multiple accounts to manipulate reviews or ratings.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.

Suite Ketchup allows users to submit workplace reviews, ratings, comments and other content. You are responsible for anything you submit.

When submitting a review, you confirm that:

• It reflects your genuine experience.
• You have not fabricated the experience.
• You are not deliberately misleading other users.
• You are not submitting the review on behalf of another person.
• You are not attempting to manipulate an employer’s rating.
• You are not knowingly violating another person’s rights.
• You are not disclosing information you are legally or contractually prohibited from sharing.

Reviews may contain opinions. Opinions should be presented as opinions and not deliberately represented as established facts.

Suite Ketchup may allow reviews to be displayed anonymously.

Anonymous publication does not mean that Suite Ketchup can guarantee absolute anonymity or that information can never be disclosed.

We may collect certain information associated with an account or submission for security, fraud prevention, moderation, legal compliance and other legitimate purposes.

We may disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law, valid legal process or other lawful requirements.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is fake, fraudulent or deliberately misleading
• Contains threats or harassment
• Contains hate speech or discriminatory attacks
• Reveals someone’s private personal information
• Contains confidential or proprietary information that you are not authorized to disclose
• Makes serious unsupported allegations about individuals or organizations
• Encourages retaliation or harassment
• Attempts to manipulate ratings or reviews
• Contains spam or unrelated advertising
• Impersonates another person
• Violates applicable law
• Otherwise violates our Community Guidelines

Our Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.

Employers may be permitted to claim or manage their employer profile, depending on the features available on Suite Ketchup.

Where available, employers may respond to reviews.

Employer responses must remain professional and must not:

• Attempt to identify an anonymous reviewer
• Threaten or retaliate against a reviewer
• Reveal private employee information
• Publish confidential information
• Manipulate ratings or reviews

An employer’s response does not automatically result in removal of a review.

Similarly, Suite Ketchup does not remove a legitimate review simply because an employer disagrees with it.

Suite Ketchup may review, moderate, restrict or remove content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines or applicable law.

We may use:

• User reports
• Automated systems
• Human moderation
• Fraud detection
• Account activity
• Other reasonable signals

We may also restrict or suspend accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate our policies.

Where appropriate, users may be given an opportunity to appeal moderation decisions.

Reviews, ratings and comments are submitted by users. They represent the views and experiences of those users and do not necessarily represent the views of Suite Ketchup.

The presence of a review on Suite Ketchup does not mean that Suite Ketchup:

• Endorses the review
• Has independently verified every statement
• Agrees with the review
• Endorses or condemns the employer

Our objective is to provide a neutral platform for workplace experiences.

We aim to provide useful and accurate employer information. However, company names, locations, job information, ratings and other information may change.

We do not guarantee that employer information will always be:

• Complete
• Current
• Accurate
• Error-free

If you notice incorrect information, please report it to us.

The Suite Ketchup website, branding, logo, design, software, text, graphics and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Suite Ketchup unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our proprietary content without permission.

You retain ownership of content that you submit to Suite Ketchup.

However, by submitting content, you grant Suite Ketchup a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, format, moderate, distribute and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve and promote the Suite Ketchup platform.

This licence may continue for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We do not claim ownership of your review.

We may provide features that allow you to share Suite Ketchup or a review link with friends and colleagues.

Please use these features responsibly.

You must not use Suite Ketchup’s sharing functionality for spam, harassment, manipulation or misleading promotional activity.

Suite Ketchup may contain links to third-party websites, services or platforms.

We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their:

• Content
• Privacy practices
• Security
• Availability
• Terms

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep Suite Ketchup available.

However, the platform may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Technical issues
• Security incidents
• Third-party service interruptions
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Suite Ketchup provides information and workplace experiences. It does not provide legal, financial, immigration, employment or professional advice.

You should independently evaluate information before making employment or career decisions.

Suite Ketchup does not guarantee that using the platform will result in:

• Getting a job
• Finding a particular employer
• Improving your career
• Receiving accurate information from every review
• Avoiding a negative workplace experience

The platform is intended to help users make better-informed decisions, not make decisions for them.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Suite Ketchup and its owners, employees, affiliates and service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the platform.

This includes losses resulting from reliance on user-generated content, employer information, ratings or reviews.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from your:

• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of our Community Guidelines
• Misuse of the platform
• Unlawful submission of content
• Infringement of another person’s rights

We may update the platform, features, policies or these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we may provide reasonable notice where required.

Your continued use of Suite Ketchup after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to Suite Ketchup where appropriate, including where a user:

• Seriously violates these Terms
• Repeatedly violates our Community Guidelines
• Attempts to manipulate reviews
• Engages in fraud or abuse
• Creates security risks
• Uses the platform unlawfully

Users may stop using Suite Ketchup at any time.
