Community Guidelines
Real experiences.
Honest voices.
Better hospitality.
Suite Ketchup is a place for hospitality professionals to share genuine workplace experiences and help others make more informed career decisions. We want this to be a transparent, respectful and neutral community — where both positive and negative experiences can be shared responsibly.
Our Community Guidelines
Share your real experience
Only share experiences that are genuine and based on your own professional interaction with an employer.
Be honest and fair
Share what happened from your perspective. Avoid exaggeration, rumours or presenting assumptions as facts.
Keep it respectful
You can be critical. You can disagree. But personal attacks, harassment, threats, bullying and abusive language are not acceptable.
Protect people’s privacy
Don’t share personal phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, identification details, private messages or other confidential personal information.
Focus on the workplace
Keep reviews about the employer, workplace and professional experience. Avoid unnecessary attacks on individual employees or managers.
No fake or manipulated reviews
Reviews must not be fabricated, purchased, copied, coordinated or submitted to artificially influence an employer’s reputation or rating.
No hate or discrimination
Content attacking people based on race, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age or other personal characteristics is not allowed.
Don’t make unsupported serious allegations
Do not present accusations of criminal activity, fraud, abuse or other serious misconduct as established facts without a proper basis.
Employers deserve a voice too
Employers may respond to reviews where this feature is available. Responses must remain professional and must never be used to identify, threaten or retaliate against a reviewer.
